Over\u00a0<strong>43%<\/strong> of women in the US have some type\u00a0of <strong>s<\/strong><span class=\"zem_slink\"><strong>exual<\/strong> <strong>d<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"zem_slink\"><strong>ysfunction<\/strong> according to <\/span>a report in <strong>The Journal of the\u00a0American Medical Association<\/strong>. Let\u2019s discuss\u00a0in detail <strong>Poor or No Orgasm,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Low Libido (Low Sexual Desire), and Frigidity. <\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">The problem\u00a0of low sexual desire is not something we are just seeing happen in\u00a0today\u2019s day and age. Women (and Men) at <strong>all times in\u00a0history<\/strong> have felt the need for help in the sexual\u00a0area. This part of our lives is at the <strong><em>most\u00a0basic, elemental center of our being<\/em>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\"><strong>Poor or No Orgasm<\/strong>\u00a0in a woman can\u00a0be due to various things. Yet, research indicates the\u00a0<strong>top 3 reasons for poor or no orgasm in women are:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">1. a weakened circulatory system<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">2. emotional\u00a0disconnect with her sexual partner\u00a0(since a woman\u2019s sexual\u00a0response is very much dependent on physical and emotional stimuli)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">3. poor\u00a0self-body image<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16014 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/drjulissa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/screenshot_13-290x300.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 290px) 100vw, 290px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/drjulissa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/screenshot_13-290x300.jpg 290w, https:\/\/drjulissa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/screenshot_13-600x621.jpg 600w, https:\/\/drjulissa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/screenshot_13.jpg 614w\" alt=\"\" width=\"290\" height=\"300\" \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">When it comes to circulation, for a\u00a0woman to be\u00a0more sensitive sexually, improved blood supply\u00a0to vaginal walls and\u00a0the clitoris is necessary. If there is healthy circulation to the\u00a0groin area, you can be sure to also be more sensitive on the famous <strong>G-Spot<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">The <strong>Grafenberg spot<\/strong>\u00a0(G-spot) is an\u00a0area of heightened pleasure for any woman when it is stimulated\u00a0properly. According to <em>The Journal of Sexual Medicine, Volume 9, Issue\u00a05,\u00a0<\/em>the <strong>G-spot<\/strong> <strong>has a\u00a0distinguishable anatomic structure. <\/strong>Yes, Ladies (and\u00a0Gentlemen), it does! \u00a0It appears as a well-delineated sac with walls\u00a0that resemble fibro-connective tissues and resemble\u00a0<strong>erectile tissues<\/strong>. Erectile tissues. Think of it. If\u00a0the G-spot can actually become \u2018erect\u2019\u00a0 it makes perfect sense\u00a0as to why <strong>blood flow is crucial to achieving an orgasm \/ multiple orgasms.<\/strong>\u00a0(See image above for\u00a0the exact location in detail of the G-spot.)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">Regarding poor self-body image, you must remember Ladies, that you must <strong>learn to love yourself,<\/strong>\u00a0first and foremost. Think of your body positively, know and understand what pleases you sexually, and\u00a0share with your partner your sexual\u00a0fantasies\u00a0and ideas, no matter what they may be. Walk around your home in the nude as often as\u00a0you can. Look at yourself in the mirror often. If you do not put yourself on a pedestal and love and treat yourself as the Queen that you\u00a0are, who can know how they should treat you?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\"><strong>Libido-lowering\u00a0elements<\/strong> such as: the over-use of drugs (antibiotics and many prescription drugs have side effects of impairing sex drive and even cause vaginal dryness), a stressed, high-pressured, rushed lifestyle,\u00a0 hormone-injected foods, foods with hormone-disrupting chemicals,\u00a0and high fat nutrient-poor diets laced with sugar and refined\u00a0flours, all lead to a lack of time for love-making, low energy and\u00a0low libido.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\"><strong>Frigidity<\/strong> is\u00a0painful intercourse usually due to vaginal dryness, and\/or fear\u00a0rooted in sexual trauma (possibly rape, molestation, or any other sexual episode that occurred in the woman\u2019s life that brings her traumatic discomfort when\u00a0trying to be intimate with a sexual partner). If vaginal dryness is the concern I\u00a0recommend improving lubrication internally and improving skin tone ( I will give the solution for this at the end of this article).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\"><strong>Fear<\/strong> to have sex because of some physical or emotional trauma may also bring on <strong>depression<\/strong>.\u00a0If a woman is taking anti-depressants or other medications, her <em>libido is\u00a0almost guaranteed to suffer<\/em>. If she feels she cannot be\u00a0pleased or please her partner, it may bring about despair and an\u00a0even more depressed state, and it becomes a vicious cycle. Depression-related libido problems are resolved\u00a0when we\u00a0increase serotonin and also naturally improve libido with herbal aphrodisiacs (sexual enhancing herbs).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\"><strong>Traditional Chinese\u00a0Medicine (TCM)<\/strong> teaches us that\u00a0<strong>all<\/strong> the above symptoms in women are\u00a0due to weakness, weak energy, fear\/fright, and \u2018damp-heat\u2019 within the body. What are the main organs that need focus and support according to TCM?\u00a0\u00a0The <strong>Kidneys. <\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">The <strong>kidneys\u00a0<\/strong>are in charge of reproduction, growth (because they also dominate the structural system such as bones, joints, etc.) and maintenance\u00a0of the metabolic balance of water. Located in the lumbar region of\u00a0the body, it is said\u00a0the loins (hips, groin, lower abdomen, reproductive organs) are the residence of the kidneys, so, when the\u00a0kidneys are ill\/diseased, symptoms may occur across the loins. <strong>Fear\u00a0is the emotion related to the Kidneys<\/strong>. And you\u2019ve learned enough\u00a0with my past information that emotions affect us physically. In\u00a0 other words, <strong>if there is Low Libido, Frigidity, and Poor Orgasm, focus on the Kidneys.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\">TCM further\u00a0teaches us that when the Kidneys are not nourished properly, a\u00a0woman may be\u00a0suffering <strong>infertility<\/strong> also. In my office I\u2019ve seen time and again the concerned look in\u00a0many female patients\u2019 faces, and worry in their eyes because they\u00a0just<em> don\u2019t \u2018feel\u2019 right<\/em>.\u00a0 This discomfort is formidably lifted when a woman balances and strengthens her kidneys.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #dedede;\"><strong>* Another tip,\u00a0Ladies! (And Gentlemen\u2026)<\/strong> Remember I\u2019ve also shared with all of you times before in my posts that studies show an active sex life can\u00a0make you look up to 7 to 12 years younger, count them,\u00a0<strong>7 to 12 years younger<\/strong>! \u201cIt\u2019s good for you to have good sex,\u201d says David\u00a0Weeks, a clinical neuropsychologist at the Royal\u00a0Edinburgh Hospital, whose study on the effects of sex on aging\u00a0appears in his book, Secrets of the Superyoung.
